As we develop more and more solutions with geographically diverse customers who require less and less on-site support - our Illinois location becomes somewhat irrelevant. In fact - a number of our customers already use solutions from providers based outside the friendly confines of Illinois.
Most importantly we felt that as long as we didn't compromise the level of our support and continued to be a cost effective part of your technology team - our new location would have little, if any, impact. we’d like to assure you however that we still have a presence in Illinois and can support any on-site needs your company may have.
